ZORBA      CONFECTIONERY

We were appointed to completely overhaul the Zorba Confectionery brand and design a new confectionery kiosk to include a chocolate dipping station to elevate their offer.

 

We based the retail strategy around the key target consumer; parents with disposable incomes. We created a concept which was playful yet sophisticated. We started by creating the new brand identity, colour palette, iconography, packaging and uniform design. A fun yet modern approach was instilled from the off.

 

One of the key drivers for the kiosk design was to allow the customer to explore the different sweet types on offer; vegetarian, halal and regular sweets, with the flexibility of adding more types in the future. Our design includes 3 key elements: the chocolate dipping counter, the sweet table and the sweet wall. The sweet tables and walls provide horizontal and vertical display solutions whilst the bespoke acrylic sweet tanks to both, 'hero' the product. Integrated bag slots throughout the design keep the kiosk neat and tidy while ensuring quick and easy sales.

 

Since opening the new kiosk in August 2017 sales have increased by 40%... something the owner is extremely happy with and proving that design does really pay!
